The food has definitely gone downhill. The pizza sauce was really gross. The cookie pizza was raw. The salad bar was decent though. For almost $20 a person, I expected it to be a lot better. Pizza Street is cheaper and better food.

This place has like 8 pizzas out for the entire restaurant. There were approximately 40ish people there and hardly any pizza available for the buffet. Complete waste of money to me. After my first plate I went back up and there was hardly any pizza available. Not worth waiting around for them to re stock only for people to be hovering around waiting to get their turn in.

The pizza was ok. The chicken and mashed potatoes were delicious! The salad bar was missing items for the hour our family was there. It was not crazy busy. But the chicken and mashed potatoes yum.

This place was not worth the money or time driving there. It was $46 for my husband, our 5 year old and me to eat a couple slices of cold gross pizza. There's hardly anything in there and the staff didn't seem to want to work and the guy bussing and cleaning tables was using a disgusting wrag that clearly had not been changed out all day. The floor was covered in food and straw wrappers. This place needs better management for sure. We will NOT be returning to this restaurant ever again. You're better off going to pizza street.

One star is still too much for this place. We went for dinner lastnight & when I say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a buffet style establishment I mean it. I’ve managed restaurants for over a decade. This place is god awful. My biggest problem is that after spending almost $80 there was almost nothing on the buffets. The pizza side had 2 pieces of very very old & hard cheese pizza. The other side had a couple of very old dry chicken breasts, a serving of potatoes no Alfredo & little bitty pieces of hard what should have been chicken strips. I’m talking about quarter size pieces of hard chicken. The lemonade was out, Mountain Dew was out & raspberry tea was out. The dessert bar was empty, like nothing at all. So after spending almost $80 there was nothing to even put on our plates. Why? Oh I’m assuming that since the employees were too busy watching the game on the tv, they didnt have time to keep up with the buffet. I could see pizzas sitting up in the bar from the kitchen, just sitting, getting cold. After I asked for more items to be put out, it was another 10 minutes or so before they brought anything out. The tenders they brought out were cold, the mash potatoes were cold, the pizza of course cold. Even the new chicken breasts they brought out were like warm and dry. It had all just been sitting back there in the kitchen while the employees watched the tv outside of the kitchen door. So I asked again if more Alfredo was going to be coming out. I was told in 10 minutes. So we wait, like we have been waiting for all the other food. Alfredo came out, but guess what…. No noodles for said Alfredo. I really really have no idea how this place is in business & I can see why they have shut other locations down. This was my second time to any pizza ranch ever & I will absolutely never be back to one.
