They kept lifting their store phone up, then slamming it back down on the receiver. I could hear it, and they wouldn't answer my call, and I was the only one calling them. I found it to be extremely rude and I don't understand the point of it because it's a restaurant they're supposed to take orders. I know they are open all night.Most of the night and they had about three workers on staff. However, the workers didn't really seem to care about their job.And they all seemed really moody, like they weren't happy at all. One of them even smelt like weed and cigarettes. Either way, they make the store and brand look really bad. This entire store needs to be restructured. I am here all the time for door dash orders and whatnot. Every time I see them, I can judge if the guy is in a good mood or not.By how he smells. If he smells like weed, then he's usually pretty happy and helpful, if he doesn't smell like weed and more like cigarettes, then he's usually in a mood and not helpful won't even respond to me. So yeah, overall, i'm very disappointed with this store.Because I love wing stock.But they have people running the store who don't even like their job

I've been here since 18:20, the time my order was supposed to be completed. It's currently 18:31 and I still don't have it. Workers in the back are just laughing and joking around. Poor staff, poor service, just a poor environment overall. I would definetly recommend a different Wing Stop, such as the location off 39th street!

They sauced these wings like it’s coming out of their paycheck. Not to mention, the wings themselves were very dry as if they’ve been sitting under a heater or something for a while. I should’ve known when the wingstop was pretty much empty when I walked in, for a second I genuinely thought they were about to close. I rarely leave reviews but this is my only meal today and I’m upset that it came out like this.
