Ordered The biggie bag with 2 burger patties on my hamburger and asked for my burger to have only ketchup and onions. Even went inside to order so there would be hopefully no mistakes. Got on the road and went to eat my burger, it had one hamburger patty, not two like I ordered, it was cold and it had lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on it. No ketchup or onions in sight. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. OPEN UP YOUR BURGERS AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE CORRECT.

I didn’t receive what I paid for. I waited 10 minutes for a biggie bag. There was already one person they had pull forward, then they made me pull forward directly behind them. After I had been waiting a couple minutes, another person pulled up and they made them park in one of the parking spots. I’m sure they’re looking real efficient on the computer, but they’re not efficient in real life.

Ordered two large chilies with the fixings and they put it in one bag and when I took it out of the car, it still all over my shoes all over my garage because they decided to put it in one flimsy bag. I’m so freaking mad.😡
