I can't recall a single time they've gotten an order wrong. Always cordial employees working regardless of time of day or if I order there or on the app. Food is always made exactly how we ask for it and the Baja blast is always fresh 👌🏽

Everything was going fine until I ordered a drink and attempted to use a coupon with my card. I was not aware that the coupon needed to be mentioned ahead of time. The employee at the window shook her head at me, raised her voice, and was extremely rude. I calmly asked her why she was being rude when I had been respectful the entire time, and she snapped at me again. When I asked for her name so I could address the issue properly, she refused to give it. After waiting in line for an excessive amount of time, I remained at the window to ask for assistance. Eventually, a manager named Shannon came over around 5:22 PM on a Wednesday. I explained the situation, but I felt the staff were covering for one another, as I was told employees do not have to give their names. This situation could and should have been handled much better. I run a business myself and would never allow an interaction like this with a customer. I simply wanted to leave feedback, but the lack of professionalism and accountability was disappointing.
