They work on online orders and drive through before getting the people in line. They let a line pile up before they start taking orders. They also don’t prioritize. Why are you working on an online order for a person that is not here to pick up a sandwich. Just annoying. I come here on my lunch breaks and they waste time .

They were out of almost everything I tried to order, EXTREMELY slow service from the girl making the sandwiches, & the system was down so they had us standing there 20 minutes for no reason just to turn us away. We went on December 26th at 11:30pm. will never be back to this one. I’ll always go to the one on 40 highway now, they have better service
