    A young lady at the window was asked to take $1.00 of my kids money and run their card for the rest... She stood there for a moment and then went to the register she came back to say the card did not go through. I asked what amount she ran it for she said the full amount because it has to be 2 orders you can't split the payment... First off why would you run a card for a different amount than what was discussed what if that $1 cost me a $20 fee?..... I asked could she ask someone for help she closed the window 🤦🏽‍♀️ Like what,!?!?!? Her name was Leslie or Lacy I couldn't clearly see the badge but WOW the worst customer service ever and fast food workers wonder why they get bare minimum respect it's because they act like they hate what they came for

    Management needs to be trained so they can train the workers to know whats on the food they serve. Super sonic Breakfast burritos come with a STEAMED tortilla, cheese, egg and sausage scramble, tomatoes, onions, and TATER TOTS. If you want to run a store train your employees. I know its fast food but Jesus. This is the worst sonic I've ever been to
