  When I went through the drive thru to get a milk shake at about 7 last night there was one car ahead of me already at the window. The employee at the window handed them their order then looked at me and walked away from the window. I waited 15 minutes to have my order taken before pulling up to the window and I couldn’t see anybody in the building so I went to Cold Stone instead.

  Ive gone here two nights in a row now and it seems the people working the night shift just don't wanna actually take your order and do the work. The first day we left after watching others get served and us at the stall be completely ignored after 10-15mins. The second day, today, a girl and guy were working and again neither seem to want to take the order. We sat at the kiosk for 5-10mins pressed the button a second time towards the end of the 10mins. Nothing. Were actively watching cars get served ahead of us through the drive through window. So we drive up to the drive through sit there for 5 more minutes and absolutely nothing. we drive up to the window and the girl working walks up to the window looking annoyed and just blankly stares at us till i asked "can we order now?" to which she goes and gets someone else to walk up from the back and take our order. She seemed to be closing, an hour an a half early so yano its not her problem. Its very annoying and though sonics food is good the people working there do nothing to make the experience good.

  I ordered food through DoorDash. They gave me the wrong items. I asked for a Oreo blast and a drink. They gave me 2 Oreo blast. Not only that, the ice cream tasted off, like expired or something!? Like gang, what yall got going on over there!? The dasher should’ve checked! But why do the product taste funny? I called the store asking If I just bring the receipt, can I get a remake on another day.. and the manger telling me just call DoorDash. I didn’t want a refund. I just wanted what I ordered. That’s not cool man!

  Threw the food out after we watched the employee making our food wipe his nose and touch his hair. Extremely disgusted 🤢
