We waited over an hour and a half just for the delivery guy to deliver to the WRONG address. We put in the correct address and had our porch light on (it was at night), to ensure our food was delivered to the correct address. As we waited, we soon discovered that the app notification marked the pizza as “Delivered”. However, when we walked out to our porch, we didn’t see a delivery driver pull up and knock on our door, nor our food anywhere in sight. We checked our entire front porch, but there was no food. Perplexed, we called the pizza shop. When someone answered the phone, we told them what was going on. Long sorry short, the delivery guy delivered to the wrong address. Even though he swore up and down that he delivered it to the correct address, we told them multiple times that we have no food and no food was delivered. Thank you Papa John’s for the terrible service. Now, someone else is eating our dinner free of charge. Although they are going to give us a refund, it still doesn’t make things right and the delivery guy can’t even do his job. We don’t select contact less delivery, so why wouldn’t they do their job and knock on the door to verify it’s the correct address?
