Which is not all the time (today happened to be one of those days, so this has become a 30 minute Panera Bread trip for a drive-thru order). The wait times are extremely long compared to 5 years ago. Even though the cost of eating here has almost doubled. So mixed bag… Update: After going inside and waiting for a replacement sandwich, they got it wrong yet again. I got home, opened it up, and it’s incorrect. Which is about what I expect.

Then, when she finally went and grabbed someone to get the rest of my order, the new pink haired employee gave attitude and said "you could have just said that". I DID. MULTIPLE TIMES. CALMLY. but yknow what makes me NOT calm?! Not being given the items I paid for, Being accused of having an attitude when im calm and treated like the problem for being a paying customer with expectations. Have been a regular here, won't be back due to the abysmal service.
