  Terrible experience towards the end of the night! Had fun bowling and spent money there but turned around and had to use the bathroom before we left it was only 4 of us in the bathroom all Black women and we were just laughing waiting for our friends to use the bathroom and security came and said we were causing a disturbance and basically kicked us out followed us outside the building then called the cops on us because we were trying to get a clear understanding and let them know we truly weren’t doing anything much but laughing. They couldn’t even tell us a straight reason to why they kicked us out it went from disturbance to we were fighting and it was the worst experience ever and I’ll never spend anymore money here at all. Needs new security that isn’t trying to abuse their authority and they need to talk to people like they’re human beings.

  I went to this location with my partner who is 21 years old. They have security at the front doors who will not let anyone in unless you have your ID. I would understand if they were enforcing this rule for children or teenagers who are unaccompanied, but for adults who are coming to enjoy activities that is ridiculous. They were very rude about it and had no flexibility at all parentheses (i.e. including looking at an image of an ID.)

  Absolutely insane cheese pull on the Mozz Sticks. Food,Fun,and Entertainment are absolutely on point at Main Event.

  Open 24 hrs is good for starts, and it makes it great that the people have big hearts!!

  Came to Main Event today 1/18, and was told to stand at the host station to be seated for food. After standing there for about five minutes, a different employee came up and told us to seat ourselves at the bar with our 3-year-old, which already felt inappropriate and completely unorganized. We decided to wait to seat ourselves until the rest of our party arrived. Once our party arrived, we tried to load credits onto our card. One machine was completely out of cards, and the other wasn’t working. We went to another set of machines where, again, one was out of cards and the other wasn’t printing receipts. We then went to the desk for help, and the employee there clearly had no idea what she was doing. To make matters worse, one of the games charged more points than it was supposed to. When we brought this to the front desk, we were simply told, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do,” with no attempt to fix the issue or offer any kind of resolution. During all of this, my spouse was sitting at the bar waiting for a menu or any direction. There was only one server, and she did not acknowledge us at all. She was focused on another table and never offered a greeting, menus, drinks, or even basic acknowledgment. My spouse eventually grabbed a menu their self . After we had already looked at it, she finally came over and asked if we needed menus, then immediately walked away without saying anything else. The entire experience was extremely unorganized and frustrating. It felt like there was no management presence. Overall, the service was horrible. I will never step foot back in this location and would not recommend it to anyone.
