Today went in at 8 pm and they were out of Guacamole, Sour Cream AND Cheese 😂🤷🏻♂️. Been a few other times that they didn’t have fajitas. Guess I’ll just go back to the towns OG, at least I’ll get what I want. Probably why the employees are so miserable because they have to explain they don’t have what you want all day.

If you want cheese dip as a substitute which isnt exactly the same effect you have to pay for it. It has happened on 2 occasions and the eve crew blames the morning crew. Are we making shredded cheese from scratch, im confused....to add...I did decide to ask for cheese dip on one occasion. I requested it be placed on the side in case I didnt like it. It's more expensive on the side as opposed to adding it to your bowl....seems like there should be an exception here when your making me try cheese dip because a new bag of shredded cheese can't be opened...

The staff don't seem very pleasant or even pretend to be happy at work. I walked in and told them my name for pick up and the girl by the drive thru looked right at me and rolled her eyes like I had no business being there. But don't you worry, I'll be ordering elsewhere next time.

Tonight the portions were way out of wack, my bowl was pathetic, missing all of my toppings. My wifes tacos were soggy from all the toppings they put on there, basically looks like they threw everyhing in the foil and called it good(zero effort). My wife went back up there and they said they couldn’t help her in the drive thru and that she’d need to come inside. She wasn’t dressed to come inside, hence why we did mobile pickup for the drive thru. They also couldn’t give us a refund. Too bad I can’t give zero stars. Well done chipotle.
- EDEl DubyaOct 22, 20251.0If I could give zero Stars I would first off chicken nobody should have to wait off to the side because you guys don't have chicken ready it should be on rotation constantly second I stood in line for 45 minutes only for them to start making my bowl incorrectly and then to start trying to pick it all apart if Chipotle makes it wrong they're supposed to start over not pick third the employee that made it wrong seems like they had an issue with me because I said they made my stuff wrong and proceeded to mug me the whole time and just stare at me I would hate to see one of your Chipotle employees knocked out behind the counter and me to end up in jail
