  I went here the other day with my children, I stood at the register waiting to order while two young and very rude gentleman were there, both looked at me.. didn’t say a word, finally after another woman walked up to the register next to me ready to order one of the workers came over and took my order.. I got a regular size bbq Philly combo, I was charged separately for everything.. and a kids 4 piece, had to pay $1 for a 1oz size of ranch, even tho it stated it came with the meal and an extra $1 each for strawberry syrup in my lemonade and for a small side of jalepenos.. when I confronted the gentleman he became very offensive.. I waited for about 15 min for my meal which the bill came out to $39 for a sandwich combo and a kids meal.. the poor service ruined my experience..

  I just left this Charley"s and it was a rude experience. I attended the counter where a young lady who kept looking at me while she stayed on the phone, not helping me with my order. I could hear her talking personal to whoever. She is at work and looked at me as if she didn't want to serve me. I was patient and well dressed. I simply just walked away and she looked as if she didn't care. I will not ever support this business ever again. Smh...

  Not worth the price. There isn't much meat on the sandwich. The meat is very dry. The man behind the counter had a hard time understand a family of 3 wanted more than one sandwich.
