- TSThe Sa1nt2 days ago1.0I just left this Charley"s and it was a rude experience. I attended the counter where a young lady who kept looking at me while she stayed on the phone, not helping me with my order. I could hear her talking personal to whoever. She is at work and looked at me as if she didn't want to serve me. I was patient and well dressed. I simply just walked away and she looked as if she didn't care. I will not ever support this business ever again. Smh...

The cashier tried to keep our change in the drawer after we already tipped! When requesting the change we got attitude, and upon receiving the food, we had old, cold fries. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, in fact, you’re better off spending your money in KC.
