  Waitress acted like she didn't want to be there. Never checked on us. Got an attitude when asked for a manager due to issues. Food was overcooked.

  Constantly overcooked wings. Tonight pacifically we had a terrible server. She acted like it was a terrible thing that she was there to do a job and she was as lazy as lazy could get and then management was no better. They was also absolutely lazy. We receive no refills. We receive no check-ins on how the food was nothing. Overland Park is the place to go, not this terrible junky place

  This buffalo the last two times I have been I have felt a race issue and I'm not one to do that but me and my husband can and seat in the 3rd booth on a Tuesday night waiting for 20 minutes as the table that was seat after us was greeted promptly , we then decide to go get a Togo order and there a pregnant young lady at the counter we explained to her the issue and she pretty much ignored what we said went straight into can I get a name for your order so we're just like well damn ok they don't care here had another encounter for an order over the phone and she was the same girl different Tuesday just because I keep trying to go but for real y'all if you don't like people and your don't want to give out customer service really just let your boss know that but this stuff leaves a really bad taste in people's mouths and it just shouldn't be like that at all

  Bad services with orders missing portions and when you call them about it they’re rude. In three occasions they’ve given me orders with missing portions. I don’t recommend it.

  My Mom's 80th Birthday... Food was cold and so was waitress. 9 at our table yet waitress chose to talk across the table instead of next to my mom. Very weird and strange dinner. WON'T BE DOING THAT AGAIN. NOPE JUST DON'T GO THERE.
