    Told to pull forward to wait for fresh potato cakes. I didn't realize fresh mint still frozen in the middle? And that was after waiting a full 5 minutes! Waste of time and money.

    Amazing and friendly service, no kidding super clean, Food was fresh hot and delicious. This is the model that other stores should strive to be. I was on my way home(Blue Springs), decided I wanted something to eat, not really a big Arby's Blue Springs fan but yet here I was, the lady that took my order was exceptional, no much so that instead of grabbing a sandwich and heading rest the way home, I ended up with a large meal and 2 extra sandwiches for eat in. Just Great customer service all the way around, that's something you dont get to experience enough anymore, refreshing.
