Every time I come to this one they are so friendly and always wipe down your drink (iykyk). I'm not sure if they're cutting down on the chai or what but we're gonna give them one more chance. If nothing changes were done.

I will take a test sip, if it taste “off”, I send it back. Then they bring it back out and says it has been re made. Nope, they just poured something over the top to mask the other awful flavor. I tapered off my business with them to just once in awhile. I went back and it tasted awful again. I’m just done with 7 brew. The people are amazing and nice but the coffee making skills have gone to crap. They just lost a lifelong customer……

I of course being a former waitress knew this immediately and contacted management and they of course denied it and emailed me a so called receipt, which I have a very serious problem with for 2 reasons. She didn't pull up my history so I went to my online banking and took a screen shot which I will share when I figure out how and the fact that if a tip wasn't added.. then their prices went up 20 percent from the end of August 2025 to October 2025??? I'm calling BULLSHIT!! 20 PERCENT EXACTLY TO THE PENNY...
