  Yesterday was the roughest day I’ve had in a long time. So rough in fact, I walked out of the house heading to get DUTCHBROS and somehow ended up on 291 turning into 7Brew and not even realizing it as I’m already in line watching this Angel walk towards me as I’m finishing a very important conversation with a friend. It wasn’t until I had the best customer service experience that I’d realized…(and I’ve worked in customer service for yearrrrrs).. I was not where I intended to be at all. But the young lightskinned woman that took my order was the most patient and considerate, I had already told her my favorite flavors what I usually get and she made my drink literally everything that i wanted and more before she informed me I was at the wrong place.. LMFAO HOW EMBARRASSING! I walked out of the house looking like I needed some help and I sho got it. Jus like I’ma get yo coffee everyday 🤝 but fr yall not ever have I seen that beautiful light skin in y’all’s drive thru 😭😭😭🫣🌚 I hope yall give her a raise shiiiddd if you don’t I’ll be back to tip er 🤏

  So disappointed in this visit, I normally always have a good experience and go all the time as it’s 1 minute from my house. I simply asked a question if it was 1 or 2 braclets because I had two kids in the car, if it was one I would just politely decline the bracelet. The lady that took my order went and asked Josie and she began shouting it’s one freaking bracelet it clearly says it on the ad and I don’t care if they get mad. First of all a friendship is a plural situation as it takes two to be in a friendship and it was simply a question no one became angry. She was was clearly having a bad day and should not be in front of customers- hollering to the point my children were asking why she was yelling. Do better.

  The staff is always friendly but they really do their big one with the doggo’s !! Everytime they see my car they come up to give my puppy his pup cup theirself which is waaaay cleaner for me so I love it 😂🥳🥳🥳
