    I love chipotle, I eat it all the time. Independence was my favorite location because they always pack the bowls and give you your money's worth of food as well as the perfect portions... I literally went from blue springs to independence just for the chipotle and there was this really rude guy in from of me asking for "fresh" of everything and slowing down the whole line while upsetting the staff. Then they gave me very little rice, very little chicken then they filled it full of lettuce and cheese. I got whole bowl with all my favorite things on it and it tasted like a salad. My bowl was cold just because there was so much lettuce and chese and so little rice and chicken. I come here more than a few times a month but I won't be returning any time soon.

    Someone stole our Take out order, and the lady at the front was mad at us (acting like it was our fault). Took more time to re-make 3 entrees. There’s ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNTABILITY or CHECKS and BALANCES with Take Out rack ; Anyone can take (steal) Your Order and Chipotle does nothing. That parking lot is waaay too small and parking spaces waaay too close (watch your side doors y’all).

    Three times in a row I ordered delivery. All three times they messed up the order. This time I ordered chicken tacos with a bunch of toppings. Received my order via delivery with only chicken and cheese. Contacted chipotle customer support. They offered me free guac on my next order. Free guac? I already paid for the guac that they didn’t put on my tacos. Last time I ordered delivery, I ordered 6 soft tacos and when I received my order they only brought me 2 tacos. Almost $60 dollars for 2 tacos. I took the order back to the store and they said they were unable to give me a refund because it was a delivery order. I was so frustrated that I left the 2 tacos with them and got nothing. I’m done with chipotle especially this location.
