  Honestly, if I could give this place zero stars I would. How can a newer location be this bad?? The food: ALWAYS cold, ICE cold. It's like they don't even own a skillet, oven or microwave. I swear they just take stuff out of the fridge and plop into their containers. Also their food is NEVER correct. It's a running joke about what are they gonna screw up this time and sadly it hits every single time. The service: Is horrendous! They dont give a crap about the customer and that's apparent. Don't bother ordering for the drive thru pickup because they will leave you sitting outside their window for ages. They literally do not care. It's gross. This location is disgustingly pathetic and I can't warn people away enough. I love Chipotle, but I won't ever be coming back here to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to Jersey Mike's that's right up the street.

  Every time I come here during the evening, I always get told we don’t have enough rice and we can’t do extra but they have a bucket full of rice and the bottom of my bowl is only half full. And the staff has an attitude when you ask for anything extra.

  This is the burrito I received in my order tonight, it is no bigger then the size of a can of soda, this is not the first time I have received such a small burrito, I will not be ordering this again, I’m sick of this place and the workers who don’t care!

  Supposedly part of their Chipotlanes on-line ordering service. Told my 5:10 pm order was bagged and ready for pick up. Got there at 5:10 and had 3 cars ahead of me. 20 minutes later, i finally reached the window. They couldn't find my order. So, i had to wait while they remade my order. I asked to speak to the manager. They told me that the one at the prepare line was the Manager. I asked her name and they tried to tell me Horhey. He was a red headed pale male with a beard: so, i laughed and told them i didn't believe them.

  Absolutely so annoyed with this store. This is the second time Ive went here and both times were awful! The first time I went I ordered what I also do, and the end result was pathetic, small portions, wilted lettuce and old meat! This time, they didn't even wrap my burrito and again with the small portions! I also always request vinegrette because it's amazing, and BOTH TIMES they didn't give me any and said they don't have any. The first time I went (when the store opened) they looked at me like they had clue what vinegrette was, this time they were just sold out....? Make more? I also request limes or lemon slices(that they use to make the guacamole) and again they looked at me like they had no clue what I was asking for. Please start hiring people that are over the age of 20. Just overall awful and I won't be going back! Gave them 2 chances and both time completey disappointed.
