  Long time to be seated when the restaurant is empty. Once seated our drinks took a long time.. the waitress forgot to ask about our order untill I said something. Almost 1hr later. Bar empty yet draft beer took long to arrive. Apparently the bat was backed out.

  Placed online order through buffalo wild wings website.. the delivery driver showed up & the order was completely wrong. dinner is completely ruined. I ordered a 20 pc & I only got a 10pcs & not even the flavors I had requested so I assume I have gotten the complete wrong order.. do the workers care? no... why would they? they think life is complete, show up, pack the orders , go home n do nothing. so as long as that W2 check hits that account & they can do as they please they never once will put the customer first. nope, wont happen here. as you can tell this inconvenience is rather annoying & the only person paying for the staffs error is me. so how lovely it is to order food from an establishment & for them to hire people who don't even know how to read nor double check anything. its a good thing they're only packing orders at Bdubs because I'm unsure if they'd be able to handle much more than that.

  Was like a invisible help working, in which with no interaction with customers of providing that welcome atmosphere and wait staff didnt introduce herself with a name. So just heads up.

  This buffalo the last two times I have been I have felt a race issue and I'm not one to do that but me and my husband can and seat in the 3rd booth on a Tuesday night waiting for 20 minutes as the table that was seat after us was greeted promptly , we then decide to go get a Togo order and there a pregnant young lady at the counter we explained to her the issue and she pretty much ignored what we said went straight into can I get a name for your order so we're just like well damn ok they don't care here had another encounter for an order over the phone and she was the same girl different Tuesday just because I keep trying to go but for real y'all if you don't like people and your don't want to give out customer service really just let your boss know that but this stuff leaves a really bad taste in people's mouths and it just shouldn't be like that at all
