  If you're ordering online for delivery, don't bother. Pickup hasn't been an issue but anytime we need delivery, it will state roughly 45-60 minutes, then 60 minutes later it will state 60-70 minutes. 3x this has happened over the past 18 months (out of 4 attempts for delivery).

  I had a large order last month and it was awful. I ordered for a birthday party and the pizzas were missing toppings, the pizzas looked like they were sitting under a heat lamp for awhile, and the pizzas were very thin (I didn’t order thin crust). I was sorry I had to serve this to guests. That was my first and last time ordering from this dominos.

  The pasta had like 15 noodles, barely lined the bottom of the takeout container. Should be a $3 side, not included in the $6.99 items. When I called I was told they go by an instructed weight now and portions got lower. They are charging the same and providing less food. Corporate America for ya

  We ordered two specialty pizzas (Extravaganza and Honolulu Hawaiian) and the chicken jalapeno bites. It had been sometime since we ordered from here. The chicken bites were half the size they used to be and were overcooked. The pizzas looked like someone had just haphazardly thrown the toppings on and the cheese was practically nonexistent. Unfortunately, it will be quite awhile before we order from here again.

  This is a national chain, so expectations are pretty well established and this location can be very hit-or-miss. We usually order delivery, and one thing we do appreciate is that they still use in-house drivers instead of outsourcing delivery like another nearby national chain. Delivery times have been wildly inconsistent, ranging from freaky fast to so long that I’ve driven up to pick up the order myself. In one case, a prepaid delivery tip wasn’t refunded when that happened. When they get it right, you get exactly what you ordered and it’s fine. Unfortunately, they get it wrong almost as often—most commonly missing toppings, but we’ve also received the wrong order entirely. Sometimes you just want the known entity, and when everything clicks, they can deliver that. Just go in knowing it may take a while and the order may not always be right.
