We usually order delivery, and one thing we do appreciate is that they still use in-house drivers instead of outsourcing delivery like another nearby national chain. Delivery times have been wildly inconsistent, ranging from freaky fast to so long that I’ve driven up to pick up the order myself. In one case, a prepaid delivery tip wasn’t refunded when that happened. When they get it right, you get exactly what you ordered and it’s fine. Unfortunately, they get it wrong almost as often—most commonly missing toppings, but we’ve also received the wrong order entirely. Sometimes you just want the known entity, and when everything clicks, they can deliver that. Just go in knowing it may take a while and the order may not always be right.
