Small family-owned business. We serve a large base of regular customers. We have certain policies in place due to a number of scammers out there. Most people that wrote the reviews are apart of the scamming population. Most people want credits for mistakes that are ordered on their part like the latest reviews. If something is ever wrong, bring the food back so that we can see the problem. We have offered many customers that option to re-make food so long as they bring the “mistakes” back but they decline and eat the food and still want credits. Unfortunately, no business would survive if they frequently gave free food.
