  The only thing right was the food. The floor and tables were dirty. McDonald's apparently is hostile towards dine-in customers. The tables are inconvenienty small, chairs are fastened to the floor. The chair I found myself in was so far from the comically small table that my knees weren't under the table. As if I want parts of my sandwich to spill on my lap. Despite saying I was dining in, my order was bagged. The attendant at the register looked at me like I grew a second head when I asked for ketchup since there is no ketchup avaliable in the lobby. I just took my food out to my truck since the environment is unwelcoming. The whole experience of dining at this McDonald's sums up what is wrong with the company as a whole: contempt for the customer. This location doesn't want dine-in customers so I'll gladly accommodate them.

  Never again! The bathrooms were out of toilet paper, The condiment area was out of napkins, ketchup and salt. The kiosk was out of paper so weren't sure of what our order number was. Also we didn't receive two our three drinks. We just said to heck with it and left. I wish I would have read the reviews before we stopped.

  The food quality is decent at best the freshness isn’t always the best I’ve had some Mcchicken sandwiches where the chicken patty was rough like it was sitting on the cooker to long the other sandwiches where more fresh and the chicken was better and sometimes the sandwich’s no matter what you get are put together sloppy like they don’t seem to care about presentation and being a holts summit resident for almost 3 years it doesn’t surprise me on the things that can happen at this McDonald’s location and honestly I don’t think that management seems to care either because if they really did this location would be a whole lot better and I mean a whole lot better.
