Instead of complaining I went inside for a straw only to hear someone to instruct another person to :spit on the bacon for that quarter pounder with cheese". I immediately heard someone yelll :BLAKE". I certainly checked my quarter pounder with cheese for spit. I asked the young man who brought our order out if they actually had. He responded with i don't think so. I won't be back. I didn't complain at the time because I wasn't going to give them a chance to do anything to my food.

It was very cold and not fresh. Not to mention. I ordered a caramel frappe with extra caramel, and it literally had one line of caramel in it. I had asked them to add a little bit more because it’s a 30 or 50 cent up charge, they refused. worst McDonald’s in Jefferson County. You guys need to start being more like Festus.

The girl at the second window asked me to pull up and then proceeded to forget about me while I watched about ten cars pass me. I had to call for them to remember. The girl in the clown costume walks out with an attitude helps the car behind me first even though I was waiting there longer and proceeded to give me my order expect everything is wrong. My kids food wasn’t plain and my burger had onions even though I ordered it with only pickles. Some of the worst service I’ve ever received. Truly disappointed tonight and definitely won’t be coming back. Do better McDonald’s. If you want disrespectful service and like to waste your money, then this is the place for you.

Not just wrong but we are shorted food every time. They never add the sauces you order and it’s always like pulling teeth to get them to fix it. Word of advice Taco Bell is the next turn in I would just go there
