  No matter the time of day or how busy they are, or if you ordered online you will be pulled forward in the drive thru. I have NEVER been handed my food out the windows. Only my drink and that happens maybe once every now and again. Manager just said thats their policy.

  Been sitting here pulled around for 15 minutes after placing a Mobil order for two McDoubles and some nuggets. Only two other cars here 9 pm not busy at all

  What really sucks about this McDonald's is that is was closed for a remodel. They added nice seating and I thought it was pretty nice. In about a years time they remodeled it again to make it as uninviting as possible. Removed most the seating. Removed the soda machine. Now I have to go ask for a refill, but you intentionally removed all your front line employees so i get to stand around for 10 minutes waiting to flag someone down for it. I also used to be handed my cup when I ordered so I had something to drink while waiting because service time has only gotten slower. Now I wait 20 minutes for my food and then I can finally fill my cup after Ive got my food which I could have had done and been ready to go when I get my food. Everything about the inside of this place screams "will you just get out already."
