My app hasn't been working right at all. I went through the drive through and not only were they nice and patient, but she ended up just giving me my coffee for free. Thanks again!

I cannot reach anybody at High Ridge location! Part of my delivery order through the McDonald's app is missing. I have tried calling the restaurant and door dash who delivered it. Nobody will answer the dang phone. Terrible service by management!

Cant get what you order, and they are all incapable of fixing it. Went through to get a large hi c no ice, and 2 sausage egg cheese mcgriddles. I had to go through a second time to get my other mcgriddle, and after 2 more attempts at 2 other locations i was still getting ice in my drink.
