    I really like DQ in general but this location is the WORST. They will nickel and dime you for everything. For example in the picture of the blizzard they are colorful. When you get yours it's white. When you ask them nicely to remake it how it's supposed to be they will charge you $5 extra. Absolutely horribly rude about it also. If you ask them for extra gravy or something if you order a 6 piece usually you get two but they will only give you one and charge you $1.25 extra so you end up paying $10 for false advertising. Someone needs to video this and report it as fraud. No other DQ location I've ever been to treats you like you're a toll booth in New Jersey. The Perryville and Ste. Genevieve locations are GREAT! You don't usually need to ask because they aren't stingy about a pump of syurp that costs them a penny extra or greedy about gravy that costs a maybe 3 cents. I can understand a single change if you want like 10 extra pumps okay. Also, they will harass you for asking them why your order is $35 for a 6 piece basket and a medium blizzard that you paid $10 extra for 2 gravy's and your blizzard to be the color of the picture. Thankfully I have video evidence and will be pursuing civil rights charges. I really hope that the greedy owner gets the message. I don't understand why this place has 2 stars overall. Every time I've been here they either taxed me $5-15 more or ripped me off completely and threatened to call the police. WOW...

    Very good experience. I had an issue with the DQ app when placing my order so when I arrived to pick up I went inside and Patty rectified the situation. She was courteous, polite and quick. Great customer service!

    Ryan took our order and welcomed us. He brought the order out and it was hot, correct and fast. A model of the way a fast food restaurant should run! Excellent job by everyone!
