She kept making rude remarks like omg why is it so many tacos. I expected nothing less coming from someone who looks just as bad as her attitude. If you don’t want to make tacos maybe not apply at Taco Bell. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anytime she is there. Food was horrible wet and falling apart. Definitely getting a refund. The young lady in drive thru , the gentleman on grill and the manager were nice tho.

- NYNicole YannNov 26, 20251.0After waiting 20 minutes for my food, it was completely messed up, and I had to come back up and wait another 15 minutes in line to get my food, which was cold and made wrong. Very frustrating. It also was clear they were having you wait at the ordering speaker and pull up once your food is ready to make it look as if they complete orders quickly, and don’t take 20 minutes. The employee was very nice at the window, though!
