  just wanted to acknowledge the great customer service my wife received from Alex today. From the time we pulled to the speaker he had a pleasant tone, very respectful & professional. Definitely was a breath of fresh air!

  Waited 20 minutes for a cup of hot coffee while management came right in and got food and got done eating before I had one single medium cup of coffee! Service here is ridiculous

  I grew up in this area and still live in this area, been coming to this McDonald’s for over 20 years. Service has been really slow lately compared to the usual drive through speed anywhere else. There was one person ahead of me and it took them 5 minutes to get back to the intercom after the car ahead of me pulled forward. Once I paid they had me pull up to spot drive though reserved spot number 1 and it took over another 20 minutes to get my food. At this point id be better off spending my 40-50 dollars at china king next door and gotten it JUST as fast. Considering I have 3 hungry toddlers and a wife at home waiting for fast food that took me45 mins round trip to pick up this is quite inconvenient and inconsiderate. I typically don’t leave a bad review on anything like this , in fact this is my first time ever but when I ordered my food i asked for no ice in either of my drinks at the intercom and then at the window when i paid for my food and still received ice in both my drinks . So that and having to wait another 20+ minutes for the food to get to me is what pushed me over the edge. By the time i get home the drinks will be watered down and we can’t enjoy those the way they should be. The ice in my drinks was the cherry on top of my bad experience to go ahead and leave this review. Hopefully this McDonald’s becomes the way I remember it some day again.

  I ordered two chicken wraps a french vanilla latte with extra vanilla and an extra shot of expresso and three things of sugar the chicken wraps were just thrown on paper and tossed in the bag wasn't even wrapped the fries were cold the wraps were cold the latte tastes like colored water and it's like they're just trying to throw things together to get people through serving cold food soggy fries don't know how to make drinks I would suggest no one ever go to this location in order anything because other people before me were complaining about their food being cold and messed up it's the worst McDonald's I've ever been to
