    Wth. I order a LARGE strawberry lemonade and was CHARGED normal large prices and ended up with a small drink cup of strawberry lemonade. After reiterating it was supposed to be a large they said that IS the large. Nooooo that's a small being intentionally overpriced as a large. Talk about false damn advertising. "OH I thought you knew..." no apparently I didn't. I thought i purchased a normal large drink. This is yet ANOTHER reminder why I don't buy anything from Arby's. They are more than happy to give you diabetic sodas in large sizes but heaven forbid you want a lemonade and it's being handed out and charged as liquid gold. If I had known about the lie then I wouldn't have wasted my money. No it doesn't say anywhere that they are only sold in small sizes while being overcharged as a large.

    Give Zay a raise before he goes someplace that pays the man what he’s worth. We had a ten minute conversation about mustaches and I like to think this put him in a prime position to be CEO material. So pay him before he walks away for good with an outstanding stache and starts his own competitor restaurant. One that serves quality food AND genuine authentic humanity with every interaction. These traits are hard to find and they don’t belong behind the cash register. If you don’t want competition you can’t hold a candle to, you’d better start paying the man before the mustache grows in the rest of the way. You see, it takes a special kind of person to rock this kind of facial hair. It isn’t for the faint of heart. It isn’t just grown. No. It’s earned. I’m a veteran and mentor of the mustache community, and I provided him with fail-proof tips for success. He already had the drive to do it, but maybe I gave him the nudge he needed to actually do the damn thing. If he isn’t here when you—the reader and visitor see this review—you’ll know he’s grown a full stache he can be proud of and ain’t takin no more crap from Arby’s. You’re welcome, Zay. Keep fighting the good fight and never shave it. Or do what I do and just tell people you keep forgetting to shave your upper lip twice a week until it falls off your face.

    I ordered thru the app, an got a lot of attitude from the person who look like a Tyrone mixed with a Sharita. I called him a ma'am an got snapped on. Guess I got my pronoun wrong. I told them my name an they said ain't no order for my name an much more. I was told they ain't have to serve me an suggested that i go thru the app to get a refund. I tried, but the app told me to call the store. They was making a scene an seem like they wanted everybody to know like he wanted to fight. I guess my order popped up on the screen cause the other 2 employees gave me my order. I just hope it don't make me sick since i already paid for it. I was trying to stay out the way that's why I ordered in the app. Some ppl don't need to be in customer service. I would've asked him for a refund, but i didn't want any problems, so no thx!

    Food was awful and cold. Not 1/2 pound of meat on 1/2 beef, maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of cheddar. No sauerkraut on Reuben. Ketchup was in Arby's sauce container.
