- SSSamantha StarkNov 14, 20251.0This is by far the worst Subway ever. Everytime we pick up our online order it is messed up. Well tonight we ordered the new Festive Turkey Sandwiches and they didn't put half of the toppings on the sandwich! No stuffing, no cheddar cheese 1 piece of meat. My 10 yr old makes a better sandwhich! Asked for banana peppers on all of the sandwiches (6) and not on any sandwich! The Manager was nice enough to give us a refund on our order. That is the only reason they get 1 star. We never have any issues with the location on Brookheart but they are closed for renovations.
