  I dont know who the big fella (i assume manager?) was around 1:15pm on Dec 6th 2025, but from the time I spoke a little slower and enunciated myself to the girl the drive through, he chimed in very aggressively. I think he thought I was being rude when I understand those microphones are garbage sometimes. Anyways, his eyes were bloodshot, he was very short tempered. I wasn't super reluctant to pull forward to protect their times because they were rude, but i did. The short heavyset lady request I never come back and I won't. Some if the people here are a little too shifty and on edge for me to feel comfortable. Might have just been a bad day but I've never experienced this at any other location before. It's worth looking into.

  Food was good. It was freezing cold in the restaurant, so I hurried to eat and leave.

  I paid 8.18$ for smokehouse brisket which doesnt look right. I will probably stop buying anything from Arbys. Shame on you
