I finally got to the drive-thru speaker and sat there for about 5-7 minutes. In this time, two different cars came AFTER me into the other line and I heard the employee take both of their orders before he ever said a word to me. I was angered by this, so I drove around to the window to tell him I had been waiting awhile. As I tried to explain to him that he had taken 2 other orders of people who came significantly after me, he shut the window in my face. I went back around and sat for another 3-5 minutes when I was finally able to give my app code. When I was finally picking up my order, the employee didn’t say a word to me and rudely shoved the food in my hand. I have never been so angry at the service of any restaurant than I was this morning.

Ive seen him talk rude to employees on other visit. My food & coffee was wrong. I threw the food & coffee away because aa rude as he was i didnt trust what he would do to my food because I had to wait for someone to bring it out. Other than this visit with him at the window Ive always had a good experiences. I go there every week. Well I won't go now for a lil while because of his bad customer service
