- BPBre PetitMar 29, 20261.0Ordered pizza on 11/11/2024 , 7/29/2025 , 3/1/2026 and 3/29/2026 … all four times the order was placed online and all four times the store called me to tell me they didn’t have a driver…. Weird … the third time I gave a little push back and the driver magically “walked in” while we were on the phone… the other three times I just cancelled my orders that were at least $40+ dollars and went with a different company. If you don’t have a driver use a third party app like everyone else does or turn the option off online .
- KKKeithMar 28, 20261.0I placed a $50 order last night waiting to feed my kids I was waiting by the door and had my baby looking out the window places the order at 7pm the lady Katie was on her way at 10pm , the tracker said the food was delivered looked outside … no food !!!! Called them asking where was my food the guy Matt answered the phone rude as saying the lady Katie knocked twice but no answer ….which was a lie! I been sitting by the door the whole time then if she did why no leave the food way take the food back to the store and I paid for my meal !!! He got mad cancel my ordered and hung up on me !! I ordered from this location to many times to count and they have horrible people who do not care about people and their children eating they need a different job if they do not know about customer service… they lost a customer!!!!!!!!

I took a slice and my husband took a slice. The pizza was so thin that the bottom of the crust was hard. I called up there and told them my pizza was suppose to be hand toss not thin. The girl said the manager made it and it is hand tossed. I said no. Then she said she couldnt remake it cause we had 2 slices. I told her we wanted to try it. I told her they can make us a medium. I paid for a large. She stated, I would have to drive up there, and the manager would decide if he was going to remake it. How rude!
