Today, I ordered three bowls; two of them were supposed to be steak, but they put chicken in them instead—which is cheaper than steak. It is disappointing. I will not be ordering from that Chipotle again.

After waiting in line a man on the staff shouts they are out of rice and we have to wait 20 minutes. White rice? Brown Rice? No. BOTH. Can we just get it without rice? No. We have to wait. Finally brown rice no white rice. Whatever. Chicken bowl and kids quesadilla. I ask the host Danniette, can I fill up my own water bottle, I dont need the kids cup. She looks at me with disgust and says "no they arent the same size". And tosses the cup in the bag. Mind you there are unlimited refills, I could have just sat there to eat and filled up over and over, but I have places to go. So I head off and eat shortly after to find my next surprise, a chicken bone in the bowl thats bigger than my finger. Thank god this bowl wasn't going to a kid to choke on it. All in all this was the worst, disgusting, and dangerous Chipotle experience. Follow up: I spoke with customer service about this, and their response was to refund me for just the chicken bowl with the giant bone it. As if I would then still give the kids meal to my kid when I got home. I tossed it all. Terrible store experience and terrible corporate experience. I'm genuinely flabbergasted as to how bad Chipotle has become.

The last time was vegetables and chicken...its always something. The last time we ordered they served us moldy tortillas and when we brought them back they argued with us saying it was cilantro stains. This restaurant needs to get it together. It brings a bad name to the whole Chipotle franchise.
