  They changed the app for ordering and have made it more difficult finding items. And even though you check in it still can take a bit to get your order. One day I used the app to order and only got a drink and it still took 15-20 minutes.

  Today, Google says they’re open so I drove 15 minutes there and I was told they don’t open until 8. Food is usually terrible compared to other Sonic locations.

  If I could give service and food a zero I would. This location has gone so down hill. It used to be the BEST sonic in the area. We stopped by for drinks and snack and got the RUDEST employee. She argued with my husband about the size of drink he ordered (I was doing content and have his order ON FILM). THEN she talked about us as she walked back in, WE HEARD HER, she tells him she took the order and knows what he ordered. Although she had trouble taking the order to begin with. Then walks in an we hear "So I literally took his order and now he's saying..." And the door closed. We STILL tipped her! Tighten up. I've been in hospitality, primarily restaurant for over 15yrs. This was unacceptable. Not to mention, got home, the sauce we TOLD THEM WE NEVER GET WHEN ASKED was not in the bag, fries were HARD AS ROCKS, and food was less than mediocre. Her attitude was the icing! This is one of MULTIPLE bad experiences at this location!

  These two specks of browned egg is what the manager tried to pass off as the sausage crumbles in my Supersonic Breakfast Burrito... eventually she sent out a cup of sausage crumbles, so I could enjoy the burrito as it was advertised. That moved my review up from a 1 star to a 2 star... make sure to check your order before leaving is all I can say...

  Normally wouldn't post negatively, but this was the worst ever. Stopped on way thru area, only one other car in lot when we got there (should have told me something, but it's Sonic right), we paid $22 for meals (which I'm fine with if it was fresh).... 40 minutes later we had started off with wrong burger order, cheese fries nuked like D-Day and they forgot an item so we had to stop, go back get it - then they were so bad I couldn't eat them anyway! I would give Zero stars. Sonic usually good but this location needs some oversight help for sure.
