    Carhop Brought my food out, missing one of my drinks, brought out the wrong size drink and milkshake, then was missing marinara sauce for 8 piece mozzarella sticks. Then got told we charge after the first sauce. I’ve never encountered this at other locations. Not sure how they expect an 8 piece sticks to last with only 1 sauce. Overall just disappointed in this locations.

    Let's be honest sonic is just "okay", but this location has a track record for screwing up virtually every single delivery order. Buyer beware. Don't say I didn't warn you.

    UPDATE:12/17/2025: absolutely no reason to call corporate. They do not even return your call. So, they don’t even care. I called the main line before even posting the review. Kenyon needs to learn to count correct change. Pennies are not equal to dimes. Katelyn needs to be revoked as a manager she absolutely does not have the skills or personality to manage anywhere. Wrong sandwich, wrong drink, missing condiments, missing side, missing drink. 45 minutes in total.

    If I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would! Employees and managers were beyond rude to me after taking 30 mins just to place an order. My drink is never right here and tonight I as no exception. When I nicely asked to have my drink made correctly the “manager” (what a joke!) snatched my cup from my hand then DUMPED MY DRINK OUT onto the ground! I’ve been a General Manager for a long time and none of my employees have EVER treated any customer like that. Will NEVER go back and I will be speaking to the GM AND DM.

    We specifically asked for a drink carrier, didn't get one. There's almost no flavor in our slush. This is a joke. This used to be the better Sonic, in the area and I would drive the extra 10 minutes to come here but now, this is the fourth time in a row that they've been just the absolute worst. NOT coming back to this location, till I hear EVERYONE HAS BEEN REPLACED. This has gotten so bad over the last 8 months. The owner needs to pay more so they can get good workers. The ones they have now are horrible.
