They are always out of at least one item I order and by far the slowest service ive ever experienced. Waited to order at the drive thru speaker for almost 10 min. then Waited for my food for another 10 min. as I watched two employees eating ice cream while they waited for my food.

When I go, he is usually there by himself taking orders, receiving the money and then handing to order to customer. He always has a big smile on his face and very friendly. That is a big job to do by yourself and stay upbeat while trying to please customers. I just wanted to let you know what a great, dedicated employee you have!!!

Today the guy in front of me was there 8 minutes and still hadn’t got his order. I pulled up to the the window and the girl asked me what I ordered and waited more than she gave me my drink and told me to pull around to the front. I decided I was never coming back and left

Was greeted when I came in by two employees standing at the counter chatting and playing with paper crowns. General manager was busy counting down the drawers so I guess shift change. Waited like 5 min for that to end before they took our order. While eating the manager was interviewing some poor kid in the lobby. Middle of the interview manager pauses the interview to take a personal call. Felt like dinner and a show almost worth the 60 buck dinner for 4 cost.
