After uber eats sent 5 drivers to pick up an order that couldn’t be fulfilled due to ingredient shortage, he hooked me up and gave me lunch instead. What an incredibly unexpected kind gesture! Navarrio went above and beyond to help with this situation as the delivery service was of zero help and is refusing to refund my order. This man needs a raise AND a promotion. Thanks so much for reminding me there are good people in this world and turning a bad situation into something good!😊

When I arrived at the window to pay as instructed, the person at the cash register appeared to be experiencing some kind of distress — possibly an anxiety or panic attack. He stood at the screen looking very anxious and seemed unable to proceed with the transaction for a while. I genuinely hope that employee is okay and that the management team ensures he receives the proper support and care.

It's a 30 minute drive home, and now that I tried to call them all I get is a machine. I don't know if I will ever go back to Burger King. I mean you pulled us forward to wait and you still shorted me 2 sandwiches and won't answer the phone to make it right

Navarro and his team always make us feel welcome and appreciated. He has the most upbeat attitude that carries over to the other employees. He makes sure we know our business is appreciated. Today we told him we have other Burger Kings closer to our home but come here because the way we are treated. Burger King is Blessed to have Navarrio and needs more leaders like him.
