  The 2 girls upfront seem to into themselves ,and not focused on the job they're actually getting a paycheck for. They don't pay attention to customer names when YOU'RE DOORDASHING,SO LOOK AT THE NAME,DOUBLE CHECK THEIR WORK!!!!!! MY HUSBAND RECIEVED A VIOLATION BECAUSE HE DIDN'T. SO PLEASE PAY ATTENTION. THEY'RE NOT FRIENDLY AT THIS LOCATION.

  Possibly the rudest people ive ever encountered. Told us to go back to the pay window even though there was A) nobody there, and B) we paid online. There were no more than 5 cars in the entire lot and they pushed everyone passed the window to wait. I was almost bumper to bumper with the car in front of me and when I recieved my food they proceeded to YELL at me to “you might wanna get out of the line ive got people waiting on food.” Then “get out of the line if you aren’t waiting on food!”. I barely had the space to exit. This isnt the only rude encounter i have had, as they always give bare minimum effort and subpar customer service. I love burger king, but i’ll drive to the next town over to get it next time.

  Got our order wrong, paid extra for toppings that weren’t on there. Waited for 10 extra minutes, I get that it’s busy and maybe under staffed but it was SLOW. And the staff wasn’t rude but weren’t nice how customer service should be. Sorry but I’m disappointed 🤷‍♀️

  A few months ago, the owner (?) or manager, a middle aged black man, was screaming at his female employee. I could hear it outside the window. She came to the window in tears, barely able to talk. It was disturbing. At the next window, he was overly friendly, very dramatic. Offered a free drink for my wait even though I didn’t wait at all. I rarely go back. Food is pretty bad, unlike other BK locations. The same guy is always very aggressive at the window. Employees seem unhappy.

  Only giving 5 stars for Navario, I have a terrible experience every time he is not here, and I cannot overstate that, TERRIBLE. I literally breathed a sigh of relief when I saw him working today. He cares about the customer experience, and I never feel forgotten about like I do with your other employees.
