I recently stopped in during my customer visit day, and it ended up being one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in a long time.   Barbecue is very good as always, but after 20+ years of making this our go-to Northland BBQ place, we regret that we won’t return. The waitress was obviously new, brought sweet tea instead of regular iced tea and did not bring the salad that was included with the entree. But the blame here lies primarily with the manager. We asked for a price adjustment to make up for no salad; he responded that the salad was included so there was no way to calculate the value of a salad — but he could take $2.00 off since that seemed to be the value of our patronage over the years. We would have tipped five times that had he taken responsibility for the problem rather than arguing with us. We accepted the $2 off and won’t return.

  We did the Uber eats today. Buy one get one free on the super crispy sandwich. It was absolutely delicious! Great smoke flavor.
