  As locals we generally avoid this location, we order through the app and have gotten into the habit of making sure to get the receipt at the first one as they habitually miss something. Which would be understandable if there were cool when we tell them something is missing but they aren't, they argue, happened again today, and I have the receipt in my hand and they still argue, eventually they got tired of debating and reluctantly took the receipt, saw that I was indeed missing something and they retrieved it, all attitude and no apology

  Younger lady with long dark hair working at second window At 8:25 PM on Thursday, April 2 did not get our order right nor did she apologize nor was she dressed in her McDonald’s uniform she had on some sort of a hoodie with writing all over it, and of course she had on no name tag. She was very rude very unprofessional and acted like she was doing us a humongous favor by replacing the drink that she mistakenly messed up. Every time I have came through the drive-through and she has been in the window she has always been very rude. The first few times I thought maybe she was just having a bad day now I believe she’s just a lousy employee. Hopefully, she’s not a management. I’m really glad the rest of the employees don’t act like she does. This location wouldn’t have any customers if they did!!!

  I had a pick up order that took 15 mins when I got there fries cold sandwich cold as well the lady with one arm very rude and nasty yuk won’t be going back there !

  I’m allergic to onions so I ordered with no onions on a Big Mac meal. Had onions on it. That’s sad!! They can’t even get a basic online order correct!!!! I will be calling to see if I can get a refund!!!! Otherwise I’m done with MC D

  Placed an online order, pulled up at the same time as another car, they took that cars order in the other lane and then told me they were closed (at 10:59). I’d already paid for my food and had a pickup code, and the girl at the window said they wouldn’t be processing it. Pretty sure it’s been processed if I now have to email to get a refund. Maybe don’t take mobile orders this late if they won’t be honored.
