It was frustrating because there was a reason for the pick up time we asked for. The order taker did not say we would be waiting 30 minutes for them to put it together. Our event was delayed due to this. The food was great as usual with the exception of the crispy meat. It was exceedingly dry. I’ll be back but will build a delay in to my pick time. Not happy about it and it’s frustrating to have to put up with poor service for good food.
