  Didn't get my order right. What the point of ordering a certain cut if they cant follow directions.

  My son called tonight to place a order on the phone with the representative that takes the order he was a a Man that apparently did not understand what my son ordered he Messed up horribly and got the order completely wrong my son paid almost 30 dollars for 1 pizza which was not worth it at all the Manager at the store at Gladstone which was a female she did not offer nothing to make that wrong a right she offered to make my son the 1 pizza he was missing but he would had to pay more money for another one that when he made on the phone with that Man that took the order messed up he ordered 2 pizzas but only got 1 we will never spend money with Papa John's ever again that drop the ball all the time the representatives on the phone that takes the order needs more people skills and do a way better job so for me they are all PEASENTS

  To lmao who said that the woman working was apologetic was incorrect. She never once apologized to anyone. If she would have provided me with the information I asked for the situation would have never progressed. Yes I was going to ask the person in the office for information I had requested. She could have said you can't go in there but NO she put her hands on " this old woman"....lol not acceptable and uncalled for. I was very happy until I was treated in a way no customer should be for asking a question. Not sure what her problem was but she was clearly not happy. THE FOOD AND SERVICE SUCKED Unfortunately can't give them a 0 stars. My order was confirmed to be ready between 5:30-5:40... it was ready at 5:10. When I asked why, I was told you wanted 5:30. The female that was helping was RUDE to say the least. Asked for manager and she said she was it. I will NEVER go back

  So… I was in there a few days ago, and this old woman was yelling at the young lady at the register! She wouldn’t stop and let her help the other waiting customers…….. She proceeded to try to walk behind the counter into their office! It was an overall crazy experience….. my food was good though! As well as the young girl was kind and apologetic to the customers throughout the whole interaction. I think this whole situation just proves that not everyone can be happy 🤷🏼‍♂️. I’ve never personally had any issues with this Papa Johns.

  I ordered 4 sauce cups for $0.99 a piece. The delivery driver left them at the store. I requested a refund for the price of the sauce cups and was only refunded $2.58. This doesn’t even cover the cost of the sauce cups before tax. The email I received was from the general manager, so if you have a problem with your order, don’t expect them to make it right. They obviously don’t care about keeping repeat customers.
