On this visit, while I was in the parking lot, the app suddenly wouldn’t let me complete my purchase using Apple Pay. I was frustrated and didn’t want to go through the hassle of adding another credit card, so I ended up just buying a cheeseburger with cash instead. The end result was that I spent a lot less than I normally would, which likely cost the location additional sales. I’ve since used the app again with Apple Pay and haven’t had any problems, so I’m not sure whether this was a location-specific issue (like Apple Pay not being accepted there) or simply a temporary app glitch.
