  Came here at night around 9:30 pm and they had a little difficulty with the order but the manager or whomever was on duty was super professional about it and they got it figured out. Very cool, because I know they ain't making enough to care (my words not theirs) but he did anyway.

  Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Every time I go through the drive through, the person at the speaker never greets me and is incredibly short with me. After telling them my order, they merely say "second window" and nothing more. I usually order ahead of time through the app, and before I even drive up to the window, the person at the window has my bag of food held out the window the entire time until I pull up and grab the bag. When I take my food they either say nothing or simply say " here you go" as if they can't be bothered to be polite. I rarely if ever leave reviews but the customer service here is so terrible that I'm not going to return until the customer service greatly improves, if ever.

  Try to order cut me off multiple times competent workers dont be 24 hour open if you cant get it to run smoothly and 20min wait for food bad just bad

  Never again. I brought my grandchildren here to play and eat. All morning workers were rude and , also I noticed this location has roaches. Eeew I can't believe it. But I would not recommend anyone to eat here. Or you might find a roach in your food. Store is always nasty when we enter. But im officially removing my business from this location. After witnessing roaches. Shut this store down

  The male manager is very rude I would not eat at the Burger King on Antioch Road in Gladstone and that’s just being honest the male manager in the daytime is really rude ! I mean really rude for no reason! I asked a question about a meal he cursed me out ! They will never get my hard earned money again! I will drive to another city before I eat here again No excuse for this man’s behavior and Burger King allows him to talk to customers any way he wants because he’s having a bad day I hope they close this store down in Gladstone it’s sad
