We didn't mind waiting but we realized the guy (blonde guy looked maybe late 20s with big ears) was putting the wrong toppings on the sandwich. We nicely informed him of that and asked for the sandwich to be remade. We also apologized and thanked him for doing so. Skip to when we get home, we realize the sandwich wasn't toasted, had no cheese, and no cucumbers. We called the store to see if we could get it remade or maybe a refund, and he offered to "retoast it for us". We wanted a new sandwich not a soggy veggie toasted sandwich... When we asked again if we could just get it remade, he went off on a tangent, cussing the entire time and hung up. I usually don't have a problem but this subway sucks now.
