Waited forever for food had to go inside because they forgot stuff. Employees act like you are a inconvenience. Terrible place. Only reason they are in business is because of the name on the building.

I just stopped to get my family some food after doing renovations on a house. Was told to pull over bc they had to brew more sweet tea after over 20 mins the food finally came out...no drinks. After another 5 mins I go inside bc they hadnt brought anything out. Just to find out they are out of tea. Ordered 5 meals with 3 sweet tea. Told them to give me a refund on the drinks and next time don't make ppl wait almost half an hour for their order if they know they are out of something. As I am getting to the door the manager on duty then proceeds to me, "Next time stay at home and cook my food!" That is poor customer service from an establishment including from a supervisor who is suppose to be showing his employees how to act.

I tried this location after a poor experience in Columbia recently. Unfortunately this one was worse because I had some type of what looked like paper in my fries and so after I threw those out could’t even enjoy my Coke because something was wrong with it, absolutely no taste. Of course you cannot get help for anything since there is absolutely no one working the front counter anymore. Also it took 20 min to get the fries even though I was only one of 3 others inside. Guess this franchise as a whole is done with if they cannot staff the counter for any type of assistance. Also cannot make a corporate comment or send a photo of the fries as the machine failed to give a receipt.
