    Waited over 40 minutes to get 3 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, and 1 chicken sandwich. When i asked to speak to the manager they said they didn't know who that was. The person who finally did come to talk to me couldn't have been a manager and couldn’t have cared less about. I've got to get my kids to like better food cause if it weren't for them I'd never eat at McDonald's again.

    Waited 40+ minutes in the drive through. Ended up leaving my meal there that I already paid for via McDonald’s app so I wouldn’t be late for work.

    McDonald's in Fulton Missouri has became a joke I done a mobile order one day and sat in line over 25 minutes. If for some reason I have to cancel my order then I never get my money back. I order stuff and I dont get it because they are out of it I dont get money back on that item. I will be deleting my app and start going to scooters right next door. It is pretty bad that I'm there almost every morning before work and you all do this. McDonald's you need to do better by the customers because without us you would not have a business.
