They had no sweet tea, and after informing two staff members of the quality of taste from their machines they offered me a drink from behind the counter but insisted their drink machine was fine. The drink from behind the counter unfortunately tasted just as bad. It was also noticeably clear staff members were struggling to work together. The food however was very delicious, hot and fresh and was served within a reasonable time so not a completely troublesome visit.

Not a super big deal, but would've been nice to have known it would cost me the extra time. Service wasn't bad, they just felt rushed or overwhelmed when it didn't seem all that busy. Otherwise a good DQ.
