Jimmy johns is a favorite for my family and this place is always great! We haven't had any issues with our orders, and the staff are usually always nice.

Waited for ten mins for someone to show up at the counter while they were telling stories and laughing in the back. No one showed up nor cared to check if they had clients. I got Qdoba that is next to it instead where the personnel is actually always taking care of their customers.
