Absolutely the worst sandwiches yet by far. The bread was stale on all (3) sandwiches. Ordered 2 bags of chips and they were not in the bag when picked up. So I returned one sandwich and explained why I was unsatisfied with the order. The lady working then became argumentative and stated the bread was not stale. But didn't remember me coming inside 10 minutes after the app said our order was complete and our sandwiches were sitting on the making table while she was making other orders. 15 minutes later I picked up our order. The worst sandwiches made and the staff should be less argumentative and more customer friendly.
10-08-25 update.
Today I went inside the store to speak with management about the situation and now after that experience I understand why the employees attitude was so poor, as the manager was as bad if not worse. The nerve of management to interrupt and state, 'Sir what is it that you really want? The most disgusting interaction from a store manager i think I've seen since Customer Wars.
FIND ANOTHER SUBWAY OR SUB SHOP, you're going to have a bad day here..

Made an online order and upon arrival nothing was ready and was told that my order couldn’t be made because they were out of meat. When I asked to be refunded he told me he didn’t know how to and to just come back when his manager was working. I asked when would that be he told me maybe tomorrow and didn’t seem to care anymore than that.
