    I paid $15.24 for a Dave's Double Burger, with a large fry, a small fry and large strawberry soda. I asked for NO CHEESE, and I was given a double with cheese and they didn't put any mustard, ketchup or lettuce on it. Then my fries where very salty and cold. This is what I paid $15 for. I was all the way home to drive back to Wendy's not to mention the cost of gas. I was so disappointed with this order

    My doordash order was canceled and now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days for a refund. You all should understand that there might be a mother like myself trying to feed her children with the last of what is in her account. So to whoever decided my order could not be fulfilled in my order could not be sent to my house and I could not feed my kids with the food I was trying to get from you, then I hope you think better next time for the next parent. Or get a job that doesn't require you to care about people.

    3/6/2026 @ 6:52p - Train your workers better and when a customer’s order is wrong simply apologize especially when the mistake was on your end. Double charging my card due to the drive thru worker entering in the wrong meal is crazy. I should’ve been refunded and the correct order given as a courtesy for the inconvenience. The manager was very nonchalant and didn’t even apologize.
