    I am filing a formal complaint regarding a very unacceptable experience at your Florissant MO. Location on 4/9/26 I waited in the drive-thru line for over 25 minutes, only to be told at the window that you were only accepting pre-orders or that I would need to come inside—despite already waiting in line the entire time. When I expressed concern about the wait, I was dismissed and ignored. I requested to speak with a manager and was not provided one. Instead, I was met with continued disrespect, and I also overheard an employee in the background using profanity, which is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing environment. This is not my first negative experience at this location, and it has noticeably declined over time. I make an effort to support businesses in my community, but based on this repeated experience, I will not be returning. I would appreciate this being escalated to a district manager and a follow-up regarding how this situation will be addressed.

    I get upset when I pass up other locations before coming to this location. There's never any sense of urgency, they're always out of something, the lines are always backed up and the interactions whether drive-thru or in store is very unwelcoming. I do not recommend the location at all.

    The workers are rude. They never have cheddar broccoli soup. Like it’s 1pm how are you out of soup already. This location is horrible

    I go through Drive thru and then im at 730 and they say they're not accepting Drive thru orders...only in Cafe pickup. So..I order online for pickup. I wait, and my order is late while I have 2 little ones in the car. I get an email from panera adding a new reward to my account due to my order being late. When its finally ready, I walk in to pick it up, and the guy hands me an overstuffed bag with the chili on the bottom and everything stacked on top, bag almost breaking. The chili didn't spill. The bag was just too stuffed. I Drive straight home to sit my kiddos down to eat. When I get to the BOWL of chili, its not even ¼ full. That was the last straw for me. I paid full price for a BOWL of chili and received a spoonful instead. As I was waiting for my food, I saw young employees laughing and joking doing absolutely nothing while customers waited. Then they have the nerve to pull some crap like that. I hope someone in charge reads this.
